At Leicestershire Cares, we are dedicated to supporting young people, schools, and community groups through a variety of impactful programs. Our initiatives focus on care-experienced young people, Youth Justice and projects that aim to empower youth with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We also collaborate with businesses to provide work placements and team challenges, fostering purposeful engagement that benefits both the community and the workforce. Our educational support encompasses employability skills, interview techniques, and essential subjects like Maths and English, ensuring that young people are equipped for future success.

Through our case studies, we have witnessed significant transformations in the lives of individuals we serve. For instance, participants in our VIP Project have gained access to employment opportunities and educational resources, enabling them to pursue their ambitions in various industries, including construction and hospitality. By partnering with community organizations and businesses, we strive to create a supportive network that enhances economic development and empowers young people to thrive.
