GOAL Foundation

GOAL Foundation is a community-focused organisation dedicated to promoting health, wellbeing, education, and social inclusion through sport, physical activity, and community programmes. The foundation works with children, young people, and families to create positive opportunities that encourage active lifestyles, teamwork, confidence building, and personal development.

Through partnerships with local authorities, schools, and community organisations, GOAL Foundation delivers a variety of programmes designed to support young people from diverse backgrounds, particularly in underserved communities.

Key Activities Include:

Holiday Activity Programmes (HAF): Providing structured sports, games, and enrichment activities during school holidays alongside healthy meals.

Community Sports Sessions: Organising inclusive sports and recreational activities that promote fitness, teamwork, and social engagement.

Youth Development Programmes: Supporting young people to build leadership, communication, and life skills through sport and mentoring.

Health and Wellbeing Initiatives: Encouraging physical activity and healthy habits among children and families.

Cultural and Traditional Games: Introducing diverse sporting activities, including traditional games that encourage cooperation, agility, and cultural awareness.

GOAL Foundation aims to create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where young people can learn, grow, and develop both physically and socially while strengthening community connections.

We look forward to welcoming your child to our programme.Venue:Osmani Centre58 Underwood RoadLondon, E1 5AW<h3>Arrival and Collection</h3><ul><li>On arrival, please bring your child to the reception area of the Osmani Centre.</li><li>A member of our team will guide you to the appropriate hall entrance where registration will take place.</li><li>Once your child has been registered by our staff, parents and guardians are kindly asked to leave the building during the session.</li><li>At the end of the session, children must be collected from the same location where they were registered.</li></ul>For safeguarding reasons, children will only be released to the authorised parent/guardian or nominated collector recorded at registration.<h3>Parking</h3>Please note that there are no parking facilities available at the Osmani Centre. We recommend allowing additional time for arrival and using nearby public transport or local parking options where available.<h3>Clothing and Preparation</h3>Children should attend wearing comfortable sports clothing suitable for physical activities, such as:<ul><li>PE shorts or full-length sports trousers</li><li>T-shirts or long-sleeved tops</li><li>Suitable trainers</li></ul>As some activities may take place outdoors if weather conditions permit, please also provide a warm layer or light jacket.<h3>Additional Information</h3>At present, specialist support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is not available within this programme.
