Live! Cheshire is a vibrant charity dedicated to empowering people with disabilities through inclusive, accessible, and high-quality learning, personal development, and social activities. Our services cater to children, young people, and adults with disabilities, offering a range of programs such as the 'Active Live!' commissioned adult day care service, the 'All Stars' SEND after-school youth club, and the '50 Days of Fun' SEND school holiday club. Additionally, we provide various learning programs, social clubs, and recreational activities, all aimed at improving the well-being and independence of our members. Through our offerings, we aim to foster self-esteem, confidence, and social connections while enhancing physical and mental well-being.

At Live! Cheshire, we welcome individuals from throughout Cheshire, Wirral, and North Wales, providing opportunities for personal, social, vocational, employability, and independent living skills development. Our impact is evident in the positive experiences and feedback from our members and their families, who have expressed gratitude for the support, understanding, and growth observed in their loved ones. By offering a diverse range of activities, from health and well-being education to inclusive choir and performing arts sessions, we strive to create a caring and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, valued, and able to thrive.

Cycle Type

For people of all ages and abilities who want to have fun and meet friends whilst improving their health and fitness.&nbsp;PLEASE NOTE: We have limited availability on some of our most popular cycles - the Wheelchair Transporter and Tandems.&nbsp;If you want to reserve either the wheelchair transporter or the tandems please email admin@livecheshire.org.uk&nbsp;or call us on 01244 320479 BEFORE booking to ensure they are available.&nbsp;Failure to contact us in advance may result in you having to cancel and re-book your session when these cycles are available.&nbsp;Whilst we try our best to ensure you have the cycle of your choice, we cannot guarantee availability due to maintenance and repairs.

Our All Stars sessions are tailored around the individual need of disabled children and young people, aged 11-16 years. All sessions focus on fun and learning in a group setting which meet the physical, developmental and emotional needs of each individual member.

Moxy Hotel - This evening we will be decorating and frosting cakes for Christmas. This is included in the cost of the session. a monthly meet where we will socialise with friends in a safe environment.There's lots of games that we can access, photo booths etc. We plan to have a Pizza meal (very reasonably priced) a few drinks and mix with the families from Ready Generations nursery to build social skills and friendships, optimising opportunities.

Our youth group where young people can socialise and interact with their peers in a safe supervised setting. The programme of activities is chosen by the group.

Our new Gamechangers club is focused on having fun and meeting new people. This club is for young people aged 15-25 who all have one common love for anything to do with gaming. We also have opportunities for tabletop games including Beyblades, mini figures etc. Anyone is welcome to join the club anytime!&nbsp;Whether you are looking to improve your skills, a 'vet' gamer or just looking to meet up with mates, then this club is the perfect opportunity for relaxing and enjoying chill time doing the things you enjoy the most with no interruptions

Our Best Chance is a 12 week programme that covers aspects of health and well-being with the underlying message of knowing your body, being kind to your body and living your best life.We look at habits, good and bad, nutrition, coping strategies as well as engaging with some low impact physical exercise and some cookery sessions plus quizzes and discussions.The programme is delivered in a safe environment where we can be relaxed and informal whilst learning and developing.
