Inner Sunshine delivers a range of workshops, community sessions, and wellbeing events to empower individuals and build stronger, healthier communities.

Thank ypu for booking on our Find Your Light Project:What to ExpectOur sessions are calm, supportive and reflective — a space for you to grow at your own pace. Each week includes: 1 Hour Circle &amp; JournallingCircle time will follow the weekly theme listed on the session schedule (Grounding, Gratitude, Positivity, Self-Care, Nutrition &amp; Health, Mindfulness).This time is dedicated to guided reflection, journalling, gentle discussion, and optional sharing. You are welcome to contribute as much or as little as feels right for you. 1 hour Mindful Activity &amp; Peer SupportWe will take part in a mindful or creative activity connected to the theme for that week.The session ends with space for reflection, group encouragement and peer support. Find Your Light is a free, supportive wellbeing programme designed to help individuals build confidence, resilience and self-belief while taking meaningful steps forward in life. Whether you are moving toward employment, training, volunteering or simply seeking clarity and balance, this programme provides a gentle space to grow. Over six themed sessions, participants will explore grounding, gratitude, positivity, self-care, nutrition and mindfulness through guided circle discussions, journalling and reflective activity. Each session offers the chance to slow down, share experiences, develop tools for emotional wellbeing and connect with others on a similar journey. The Pathways model combines group learning with personalised support. Participants will receive three one-to-one sessions to identify barriers, boost self-confidence and set realistic goals, followed by three further one-to-one check-ins to support progression beyond the programme. Our approach is compassionate, person-centred and rooted in empowerment. Find Your Light is fully funded through the Pathways to Work initiative, making it accessible to those who may need it most. We welcome anyone who feels ready to make positive changes in their life with gentle guidance, encouragement and community connection.
