Inner Sunshine delivers a range of workshops, community sessions, and wellbeing events to empower individuals and build stronger, healthier communities.

Hi,Thank you so much for booking onto our Inner Sunshine Family Wellbeing session – we’re really looking forward to welcoming you 😊A few helpful bits of information ahead of your session:Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in, as we’ll be doing some gentle movement and activities together. We recommend bringing a water bottle, and anything else you or your children may need to feel comfortable during the session.Our sessions take place in a natural outdoor setting. While many of the activities will be held within the dome, we may also spend some time exploring the surrounding area. Please be aware that there is open water on site, so children will need to be supervised by their parent/carer at all times. We will have staff and volunteers on hand throughout to support and help keep everyone safe.If there are any allergies, medical needs, or additional support requirements we should be aware of, please do let us know in advance so we can make sure the session is as inclusive and supportive as possible.We will keep an eye on the weather and keep you updated if we experience any adverse conditions or need to make any changes to the session.We will be on site 30 minutes before the session begins and will remain for around 30 minutes afterwards, so please feel free to arrive a little early or stay for a short while if you need any additional support or have any questions.If you do have any questions before the day, just get in touch – we’re happy to help.We look forward to seeing you in the sunshine ☀️Warm wishes,Inner Sunshine 🌿

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming family wellbeing session designed to bring people together through movement, nature, and simple moments of connection.These sessions are all about slowing down, having fun, and spending quality time together as a family. We’ll begin with a gentle family yoga session, including light stretches, mindful movement, and simple breathing exercises. This part of the session is designed to help both children and adults tune into their bodies, build awareness of how they feel, and enjoy moving together in a positive and playful way.Following this, we’ll explore a nature-based activity. Depending on the location, this may include a short walk around the surrounding green space, giving families the chance to notice and connect with the natural environment. We’ll then come together for a creative activity using natural materials, such as nature crafts, collaborative art, or simple problem-solving challenges. These activities are designed to spark creativity, encourage curiosity, and give families ideas they can take away and try at home.Our sessions focus on connection, communication, and wellbeing. Families will have the opportunity to spend time together without pressure, away from the distractions of everyday life. Children and adults can work together, share ideas, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment.The activities are designed to be accessible, inclusive, and suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities. Parents and carers are encouraged to take part alongside their children, helping to create a shared experience that strengthens relationships and supports emotional wellbeing.No previous experience is needed—just come along in comfortable clothing, bring a drink, and be ready to get involved. Whether you’re looking to try something new, spend more time together as a family, or simply enjoy being outdoors, these sessions offer a calm and friendly space to do just that.We look forward to welcoming you into the sunshine ☀️
