Leaside delivers the thrill of outdoor adventure activities balanced with safe, enjoyable learning for everyone. Our mission is to serve the local community, especially young people, by providing opportunities for water based activity, environmental learning, a community shared space and adventure. From kayaking iconic London waterways, paddleboarding, mountain biking, and hiking to boat rentals and venue hire. Each adventure isn’t just about fun—it is about growing, developing, learning, connecting and community. It can also be an opportunity to delve into London’s history, culture and awe-inspiring landscapes. Our activities offer a community connection. We are a community place to meet, to play, to learn, to support each other and to pause. Everyone is welcome. Come join us.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session - late arrivals will not be able to join sessions.Arrive ready to go, in clothes that can get wet and shoes that can be secured (i.e. no flip flops or sliders). Its fine to wear skirst and tights but please make sure they are comfortable and not restrictive. You will need to bring a full change of clothes for after the session and a towel, just in case.

Join us every other Sunday 1:00–3:30pm for a fun and supportive space for girls aged 8–18. Sessions include paddlesports, canal boat trips, crafts, and outdoor adventure. A chance to make friends, try new activities, and build confidence on and off the water. These sessions are a unique opportunity for girls and young women from the Cheredi community, to take part in activities in a safe inclusive space.

Leaside is a hub for outdoor adventure, nature and community. We are an accessible and inclusive venue offering a wide range of activities including paddling in kayaks, canoes and SUPs, biking, canal boating, gym and yoga sessions. We have a year round open access youth club, schools programme, community projects and paddle club for adult members.
