Discover the therapeutic power of creativity in this friendly, supportive course designed to enhance wellbeing through hands-on craft activities. Delivered in partnership with Kent Adult Education, this course offers a calm, welcoming space where you can explore a variety of simple, enjoyable crafts while building confidence and connecting with others. Eligibility: This course is open to anyone aged 19 + &nbsp;who is unemployed, in low-paid work or volunteering roles.&nbsp;
