Driffield Youth Action

Driffield Youth Action (DYA) is a registered charity that has been set up to provide support to the young people living within Driffield and surrounding areas. We offer a range of activities, workshops, and educational aid, and regularly gather feedback from young people to provide activities that they would like to see at the centre.

For anyone intending to use the skate park, a disclaimer must be completed prior to the session by a parent/guardian. This will be emailed once booking is complete. Other activities will be available in the youth centre for those who are unable to use/ or do not wish to the skate park

Sessions will run between Driffield youth action and&nbsp;Skatopia where you can use the ramps, including jump box, spine, various size quarter pipesious mini rampa and more. All equipment is provided, including, BMX bikes, skateboards and helmets. Although you are welcome to bring your own. ﻿Pool, ping pong and other activities are also on offer at the youth centre, so come and join us even if you don't wish to use the skatepark.

Thank you for booking this session. An additional consent form for St John Ambulance must be signed and returned before the session. This form will be emailed to parents after the booking is complete.

First Aid with St John Ambulance Young Responders - Driffield

Thank you for your booking. Whilst we can cater for most people, please note we can not provide one to one support. However, a carer is welcome to support if required. The gaming van is not suitable for wheelchair users, but a variety of activities will be taking place at the youth centre for all to enjoy.

Providing entertainment for up to 12 people, we offer a custom-built gaming van called Mario, kitted out with 6 XBOX series S gaming consoles, Nintendo Switch, 12 cool gaming seats, 6 TV screens, surround sound and lighting. Healthy cooking session will run alongside this, along with other games and activities.

Thank you for your booking. This session will be held outdoors on the all-weather pitch at Driffield Leisure centre, where we will meet at 11.30am. Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing for the weather and apply sun cream if necessary.

Have fun playing a range of non competitive sports such as Cricket, Volleyball, Tennis, Football, Basketball.

Driffield Leisure Centre

Young people will learn professional DJ mixing skills on industry-standard equipment and technology. A range of music will be used from House and Techno, to Breaks and Drum &amp; Bass. Other activities such as baking and crafts and games will run alongside the DJ workshop
