We are pleased to welcome you to the group and staff are looking forward to meeting you all. The sessions are weekly for 4 weeks: Week 1 - Learn about support available for new parents from Family Hubs and get to meet other new parents in your local area. Information about pelvic health, contraception, and session for dads and non-birthing parents. Week 2 - Learn about different feeding choices, how to understand your baby's feeding cues and the support available to help you with your feeding journey. Week 3 - Learn about labour, birth, and post-birth care, and what to expect when you take your baby home. Week 4 - Understand your baby's needs, their communication, brain development, and how to look after your own emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and post-birth. A free, four week antenatal course for parents from 26 weeks of pregnancy, helping you feel ready for birth and life with your new baby. The course will help you prepare for the birth experience and the early days. Sessions are run by Family Hubs, infant feeding teams, midwives, and health visitors.

A Stay and Play group for parents aged up to 23 years with children aged 0 to 5 years. For families to explore and play in a safe and supportive space, and access advice.

One to one support for parents, including expectant parents, offering information about all aspects of breastfeeding, formula feeding, or mixed feeding.This is a drop-in group. You don't need to book just turn up on the day.

Rainbows is a stay and play group for pre school children that celebrates strengths, interests and differences. The group is for children who have additional needs, who are neurodivergent or disabled, and their families. No diagnosis is required. This group is supported by Portage and Inclusion service, health and Family hubs staff.

Small in person 6 week group to reflect on your hopes and fears about becoming a parent.During these sessions you can take time to enjoy your pregnancy and connect with your baby through relaxation exercises and creative activities. Perhaps the journey to becoming pregnant has been difficult or maybe there were problems with a past pregnancy that makes this pregnancy challenging. You might be feeling anxious or depressed during your pregnancy and would like some support in managing the emotional impact of pregnancy.

ESOL for Adults course is ideal if you want to build everyday English skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening.

Fun filled play session for dads, grandfathers, and male carers locally with children aged 0 to 5. It includes planned, age appropriate sensory activities and physical areas for playing, learning, bonding, exploring, and developing together.

12 week programme for parents and carers of a child aged 1 to 3 years, focusing on enhancing parenting skills, strengthening child wellbeing and promoting social and emotional learning.
