Our mission is to empower young people and adults facing mental health challenges by providing compassionate and holistic support through life coaching and therapy. We are dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment where individuals can explore their potential, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.

We are running sessions for 18-24 year olds with mental health condition on 27/02/2025 to support them through group Life coaching sessions. so if you're 18-24 or know an 18-24 year old who needs guidance to achieve their goals and better maintain their mental health, and they live in Hertfordshire. This programme is a 12 week programme 6 weeks of group work followed by 6 weeks of virtual 121's.

We are about to start our sessions Start 16/01/2025 so if you're 18-24 or know an 18-24 year old who needs guidance to achieve their goals, and they live in Watford or Three Rivers. please get in contact to register. This programme is 6weeks with 6weeks of follow up with 3 free life coaching sessions.
