<p>Luna Blu NE and Trimmed Toned Toddlers have teamed up to offer a fun day of creative activities and high-energy physical fitness activities. These workshops will encourage participation while also improving team work, communication, confidence and wellbeing. This is for ages 5-10 years and will all be held at The Wellbeing Loft. All parents/carers are welcome to stay and all under 8's must have an adult to supervise throughout. Appropriate clothing will be needed, the activities are physical and the crafts can be messy. Lunch will be provided. </p>
