Fit For Life Youth CIO

We at Fit For Life Youth are dedicated to providing a wide range of activities and services to support the health and well-being of youths, adults, and families in our community. Our group fitness programme offers dozens of fantastic classes on a weekly basis, including a number of free classes for North Kensington residents. Additionally, our youth programmes encompass sports, mentoring, holiday clubs, after school clubs, fitness, and youth work. We believe that health, fitness, and sports are the gateways to a fulfilled life, and our mission is to have a lasting positive impact within the lives of the young people we come into contact with. Through these activities, we aim to empower individuals and foster personal development, ensuring that they have the tools to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

Our work is made possible through the support of our community members, who contribute to our mission through their memberships. By providing access to fitness and sports activities, mentorship, and a supportive community, we are helping individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
