All Star Studios CIC

All Star Studios is a community interest company from which we have a fitness and performance studio in South Shields. From the studio, we run a fantastic stage school, Acro and fitness classes as well as hiring out the space and delivering workshops, holiday activities and events that benefit the local area.
We strive to provide a positive, inspiring and inclusive environment through the arts.
We believe that every child is unique so we ensure that all our sessions are adaptable and customised fully to our Stars.

DO YOU HAVE A BUDDING ACRO STAR AT HOME?&nbsp;Whether your child is a beginner or an experienced gymnast, our high energy,&nbsp;fun sessions will boost confidence and encourage them to discover their potential in acro!&nbsp;Starting with the fundamentals of strength, flexibility and technique and moving onto exciting skills such as cartwheels, bridges and handsprings, your star is sure to have an amazing week!&nbsp;The sessions will be split into two different times based on ability.ADVANCED ACRO: 9AM - 12PM(Prerequisite skills are handstand bridge recovers &amp; 1 handed cartwheels)BEGINNER ACRO: 11AM - 2PM(No prerequisites, all welcome)&nbsp;If you are unsure of your child’s level then get in touch;07974771150 / info@allstarstudioscic.com&nbsp;We can’t wait to see you in the Studio!
