About the Creative Art Therapy Group(optional)

The Creative Art Group will run monthly from November 2025, offering a safe and supportive environment where participants can explore a variety of art materials and guided themes. Each session will encourage self-expression, self-awareness, and connection through art-making.

This group is open to adults (18+) of all abilities. No prior experience of art-making is required-Andy will provide technical support where needed, while also encouraging participants to follow their own creative paths.
