Haringey’s Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme provides free holiday activities, including a nutritious meal at each session, for children and young people who receive benefits-related Free School Meals. Eligible children will be registered as receiving benefits-related Free School Meals and will have been issued a HAF code.If you have not received a code, this may mean your child is not eligible or is not currently registered for benefits-related Free School Meals. In this case, please contact your school to check your Free school meal registration status. Booking Your Child’s PlaceTo get started, create an account on our Plinth booking system, register your child or children, and explore the variety of activities available throughout Haringey. Plinth provides detailed information for each session, including:<ul><li>Activity descriptions</li><li>Age suitability</li><li>Accessibility arrangements</li><li>Location and availability</li></ul> This will help you choose the most suitable opportunities for your child’s interests and needs. How to Create an Account and Register Your Child on Plinth ﻿Create your parent account:<ul><li> Go to the Plinth website and select ‘Sign Up’. Enter your details and create a password to set up your account.</li></ul> Add your child’s details:<ul><li> Once logged in, go to ‘My Family’ or ‘Add Child’ and enter your child’s information, including their HAF code if they have one.</li></ul> Book activities:<ul><li> After your child is added, you can browse available HAF sessions and select ‘Book’ to reserve a place.</li></ul> CancellationsA reminder email will be sent to you one week before your booked activities begin. If you need to cancel a session, please cancel directly through Plinth and contact the provider to let them know. We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice so that the space can be offered to another young person. SEND and AccessibilityOur HAF providers are committed to welcoming and supporting all children and young people, including those with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme is for Children and Young People from Reception to Year 11, who are eligible for benefits related Free School Meals (FSM) and live/attend school in Haringey. It offers free enriching activities and food during the Spring, Summer, and Winter school holidays.

SEND and Accessibility
We are committed to ensuring that every child and young person can take part in the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme. All of our providers aim to offer welcoming, inclusive environments, and we encourage parents and carers to contact providers directly to discuss any specific needs or adjustments their child may require.
Open communication helps us understand how best to support your child so they can take part safely, confidently, and with maximum enjoyment.
Specialist SEND Provision
Alongside our mainstream providers, we also work with specialist organisations experienced in supporting children with complex or profound needs. These providers deliver tailored programmes designed specifically for children with disabilities or additional needs.
If you feel your child would benefit from specialist support, you are welcome to contact one of our specialist SEND providers to discuss suitability and available places.

The Access to Sports Project - Haringey

Pro Touch SA CIC

Pro Touch SA is a registered Community Interest Company born out of a desire to use the power of sport to encourage young Londoners to unleash their potential.

Established in 2006, Pro Touch SA delivers structured community sports and elite football programmes in over 10 London boroughs to young people aged 4-25 as well as engaging with their families who require support and guidance.

We started as a soccer academy offering opportunities to gifted and talented footballers. However, we have evolved to providing healthy active lifestyle opportunities to young people, with everything from fitness to fencing and more.

With rising cuts and closure to services, we see it as a responsibility to provide much-needed services around the community, especially youth and sports to engage with hard-to-reach children and young people in inner-city London.
Alongside our community projects, we also run an Elite football academy, run by qualified coaches who have helped develop, mentor, and guide over 40 plus young "gifted and talented" athletes aged between 9-25 years old signing schoolboy, scholarship or professional contracts within professional football clubs in England.
 
As a not-for-profit organisation, we re-invest all profit back into the programmes we operate across London.


Curly Riot LTD

Curly Riot Studio is a specialist creative arts studio that provides a range of Creative Arts workshops paired with wellbeing activities. Founded by Aayesha and Sadia who both attended the renowned University of the Arts London and have a BA Honours in Textiles Design (Aayesha) and an MA in Footwear Design (Sadia). Having lived in Tottenham for 26 years, upon embarking on our journeys into Higher Education we found that there was not only a lack of diversity within these spaces but that those from low socioeconomic households were left behind in what should be an inclusive and accessible space. This is what inspired us to start Curly Riot.
