HAF Winter Programme 2026

Haringey's Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme offers free holiday activities and a nutritious meal at every session for children and young people who receive Targeted Free School Meals (previously known as benefits-related Free School Meals).

To book HAF activities, your child must be eligible and have a HAF code.

Haven't received a HAF code?

If you have not received a code, your child may not currently be registered as receiving Targeted Free School Meals.

Please contact your child's school to check their Free School Meal registration status.

⚠️ Important: Each HAF code is unique to one child and can only be used for that child. Please do not use the same code for multiple children, as it may become invalid.

How to Book

Step 1: Create a Parent Account

Create an account on the Plinth booking system by selecting "Sign Up" and entering your details.

Step 2: Add Your Child

Once logged in, go to "My Family" or "Add Child" and enter your child's details, including their HAF code.

Please note that HAF codes may take a short time to be approved after they are entered.

Step 3: Browse Activities

Explore the wide range of activities available across Haringey. Each activity listing includes:

Location
Available spaces

Step 4: Book a Place

When you find an activity you'd like to book, select "Book" to reserve your child's place.

Cancellations

You will receive a reminder email one week before your booked activities begin.

If your child can no longer attend, please:

Cancel the booking through Plinth.
Contact the activity provider to let them know.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible so the place can be offered to another child.

SEND and Accessibility

Our HAF providers aim to make activities welcoming and inclusive for all children and young people, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

If your child has any additional needs or requires support to participate, please contact the activity provider directly before booking to discuss how they can help.
