Cancellations If your child can no longer attend this activity, you must cancel the place as soon as possible. You can do this on the central booking system or by calling us directly. This will give another child the chance to access a funded place. Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Parents of children with additional needs, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and/or Education Health Care (EHC) plans, must contact the provider directly as soon as possible, to supply them with the relevant information before attending the provision. This is so that the provider can assess how best to support your child. The provider is committed to meeting the needs of all children and young people including those with additional needs and SEND. The provider will use its best endeavours to make sure that a child with additional needs gets the support they need – this means doing everything it can reasonably do to meet the child’s needs.
