      You’ll learn how to activate your feel‑good brain chemistry, quieten mental chatter, understand the mind‑body connection, build healthier habits, reconnect with the natural world and bring more meaning and presence into your daily routine. You’ll also discover why compassion matters - and how to turn down your inner critic.


      Designed for anyone supporting staff or service‑user wellbeing in the VCSE sector, this workshop offers tools you can use immediately. After the event, you’ll receive digital resources and the chance to check in with the instructor as you put the techniques into practice.
