In 2026 Brighton Fringe will return for our 21st year, running from 1 May - 31 May. We are an open-access festival, meaning that anyone can pay our registration fee, find a venue and put on an event as part of Brighton Fringe.

Brighton Fringe established itself as a limited company and registered charity in October 2005, with its own board of directors and complete financial independence from Brighton Festival.
