Part of the Wirral CVS programme
Wirral CVS in partnership with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA), LCR Metro Mayor and Ella Baker School of Organising are holding a workshop at Wirral Change on the 30th April.
A training programme to facilitate conversations will be led and delivered by the Ella Baker School of Organising. Having delivered three days of training on how to defeat ‘narratives of division’ to 120 people across the city region last year across community, faith, trade union and voluntary sector organisations; a series of one day training events in each of the City Region's Boroughs will now take place.
The sessions will help to equip people with the tools to engage in what can often be challenging conversations that can help to reduce tension, find solutions and build unity.
