Celebrate London Rivers Week with a FREE fun, hands-on morning by the River Wandle! Join Thames21, the National Trust and its Urban Rangers, and creative artist Prachi Gawas for a family-friendly session combining river dipping (no in-water access needed) and collaborative nature art inspired by the river's wildlife and surroundings.


Date: Sunday 31st May 2026

Time: 10am–12pm 🎟️Free event

📍Meet at the White Bridge Lawn, Morden Hall Park

🖌️Create your own colourful art piece to contribute to a large-scale banner that will be displayed in the park.

🪰Discover the incredible mini-creatures living in the Wandle with river dipping activities guided by experts.

👧Ideal for ages 5–11 (all under 18s must be with an adult)

🎒Bring weather-appropriate clothing and drinking water

📸Photos/video may be taken on the day – please speak to staff if you prefer not to be included.
