Neurodiversity is part of every workplace - including yours. This practical, two‑hour online session is designed for managers, leaders and HR professionals in the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector who want to build confidence, deepen understanding and strengthen inclusive practice.
Together, we’ll explore what neurodiversity and neurodivergence mean in real terms, demystify commonly used language, and look at what it can feel like to be neurodivergent at work. You’ll gain clear, jargon‑free explanations of the conditions often included within neurodivergence, alongside realistic, strengths‑based strategies you can use straight away to support neurodivergent colleagues and foster psychologically safe, compassionate workplaces.
The session is led by Jo Holloway-Green, an experienced trainer and consultant with over 20 years in the voluntary and public sectors. With a background in social care, advocacy, mental health and safeguarding, Jo is known for her warm, inclusive facilitation style and her ability to create supportive spaces for learning and reflection.
