Dance Club, Weekly ,during school term on Wednesday 5pm-6pm :Led by a volunteer , this club allows attendees to co-produce the dance sessions, fostering creativity and collaboration. Dance not only promotes physical activity—known to release endorphins that improve mood—but also provides a safe space for self-expression through movement. Participants can channel their emotions via dance, which serves as an effective coping mechanism for managing stress and anxiety. The sense of community developed through shared dance experiences can also foster strong support networks.
