An evening of connection, conversation and shared learning for charity trustees
Trustees play a vital role in shaping the future of our charities and communities. They carry significant responsibilities, often alongside busy professional and personal lives, bringing their experience, judgement and commitment to support causes that matter.
As part of Trustees' Week, we're inviting local charity trustees to join us for a relaxed and welcoming evening at Liberty Bell Coffee. This is an opportunity to step away from board papers and agendas, connect with fellow trustees, share experiences, and reflect on the opportunities and challenges of governance in a supportive and confidential environment.
Over food and conversation, we'll explore what helps trustee boards thrive, the ingredients of strong and constructive relationships between trustees, and where trustees can learn from and support one another. Through facilitated discussions and practical peer exchange, we'll focus on solutions, insights and ideas that strengthen our effectiveness as trustees.
The evening will also mark the launch of a new trustees' network, including a dedicated newsletter and WhatsApp community designed to help trustees stay connected, informed and supported throughout the year.
Whether you're a new trustee finding your feet or a longstanding board member with years of experience, we hope you'll join us for an evening of meaningful conversation, shared learning and valuable connections.
Together, we can strengthen trustee leadership and support the organisations that make such a difference across our communities.
