Please note, these sessions now take place at HCA's Millman Street Community Centre.
Qi Gong is a moving meditation using simple, graceful and flowing movements. It's very similar to Tai Chi and means ‘energy exercise’. Qi Gong was developed in China over 3000 years ago and is still practiced around the world today. Classes are based on the seasons and our connection with nature.
Each class begins with a gentle warm up of the body, followed by the teaching and flow of the movements. Please try to attend all sessions in the term to ensure a smooth progression of learning for everyone on the course.
