This Stretching &amp; Relaxation class takes place at Nuffield Health, Covent Garden. Please sign in at reception upon arrival.

Online bookings via HCA will close at 12 noon the day before. When online bookings have closed, HCA members may drop in on the day and remaining places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.&nbsp; Stretching &amp; Relaxation 55+ at Nuffield Health, Covent Garden Gentle, controlled stretching and toning exercises especially for people aged 55 plus. Movement to music for strength, mobility and fun. Each week you'll learn short exercises and dances, exploring the best bits from fantastic styles such as disco, jazz, latin and more. This class is beginner friendly&nbsp;and inclusive. Variations and seated options will be given. Expect a good time and a lot of laughs. Feel free to arrive from 2.30pm for a cuppa and a catch up with the group. This session is held at Millman Street, press the buzzer that says community centre, head to the end of the corridor and turn left down the ramp. The sessions are free however donations are greatly appreciated to help with running costs. We aim to be inclusive and accessible to all.

My Move is HCA’s fitness programme especially for girls aged 10-17 Develop your strength, coordination and confidence in these free sessions led by experienced boxing instructor and life coach, Amy. You’ll explore fun ways of keeping fit and active, try new sports and games, and share your ideas to help Amy to plan the sessions. Wednesdays during term time, 5-6.30pm. Get creative, get moving, make friends, have fun. South Asian dance energises your brain and body. Explore storytelling using expressive movements and gesture, learn dance sequences and enjoy vibrant music in this friendly, relaxed class designed for&nbsp;adults aged 55+. Dance Well is for all abilities. No dance experience required, but comfortable clothes and shoes are a must! The sessions run regularly throughout the year on Tuesdays from 3:00 – 4:00pm at HCA's Millman Street Centre. Dance Well -South Asian Dance with Akademi (55+)

Qi Gong is a moving meditation using simple, graceful and flowing movements. It's very similar to Tai Chi and means ‘energy exercise’. Qi Gong was developed in China over 3000 years ago and is still practiced around the world today. Classes are based on the seasons and&nbsp;our connection with nature.Each class begins with a gentle warm up of the body, followed by the teaching and flow of the movements. Please try to attend all sessions in the term to ensure a smooth progression of learning for everyone on the course. Holborn: Our Village - Celebrate the people and places of Holborn through textile art. Experiment with different creative textile skills including vegetable dying, fabric painting and tie dying. This term, there will be the opportunity to produce work to exhibit in HCA's Community Exhibition, Holborn: Our Village.
