InSight ADHD Introductory Webinar

support. educate. empower.

The InSight ADHD Introductory Webinar is a clear, accessible session designed to help people understand what ADHD really is — and how the InSight Programme supports individuals, families, and professionals to make sense of it in a practical, human way.

This webinar is suitable for anyone curious about ADHD, anyone supporting someone with ADHD, and professionals wanting a grounded, science‑informed overview.

What This Webinar Will Cover

During this session, we’ll introduce the core ideas behind the InSight Programme, including:

  • what ADHD actually looks like in daily life
  • how executive function shapes behaviour, emotions, and motivation
  • why understanding comes before strategy
  • how shame, confusion, and overwhelm can be reduced through clarity
  • the InSight approach to creating safe, low‑pressure learning spaces
  • who the programme is designed for
  • what participants typically gain from attending

We’ll touch on key concepts from the course — such as brain basics, traits, emotional regulation, and real‑life challenges — but in a light, introductory way suitable for all audiences.

This is not a full training session; it’s a guided overview to help you understand the ethos, structure, and impact of the programme.

About the Facilitator

The webinar is led by Michael Leibe, the developer of the InSight Programme and an experienced frontline practitioner. Michael specialises in translating complex neuroscience and behavioural concepts into clear, relatable explanations that genuinely help people understand themselves and each other.

His work is grounded in lived experience, trauma‑informed practice, and years of supporting neurodivergent individuals, families, and professionals.
