We are so excited to bring our local young people this opportunity to spend more time at the farm. We know that KTCF is a safe and happy place for so many people, and research shows that being in and around nature improves wellbeing.
Using the entire farm, including all the exciting wildlife found on the site, attendees will learn all about nature, from the smallest bug life cycles, to amazing moths and butterflies, identification of birds, and how to make sure we welcome and nurture nature with bug and bird boxes and proper feed.
We won't have any SEN support workers available, but if your child would benefit from attending you are welcome to bring their 1:1 support worker with. Please let the office know ahead of time.
