Move it Mondays (Young Adults), is a vibrant dance programme for Disabled & Learning Disabled adults aged 18-24 years, led by DanceWest and their welcoming team of dance teachers. In these creative & engaging classes, participants will boost their physical confidence, learn fantastic dance routines and build lasting friendships.
