This is your starting point to explore Wales’ growing green future and discover how you can be part of it.

🌱 What’s this project about?

Green Careers Pathway was created to make sure every young person has the chance to get involved in Wales’ green economy, from renewable energy and eco‑friendly construction to community projects, sustainable farming, and new green ideas that are still emerging.

🌍 Who is this for?

Many young people face extra barriers when starting their careers. That’s why this programme is here especially for:

✨ Disabled and neurodiverse young people

✨ Young people from Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities

✨ Young women

If you’re 16 to 30, this programme was designed with you in mind.

🧭 What will you do?

By being part of the Green Careers Pathway, you’ll have the chance to take part in:

🔹 1‑to‑1 coaching

🔹 Hands‑on workshops

🔹 Site visits to real workplaces

🔹 Paid work placements

🔹 And much more!

All created to help you build your confidence, skills, and experience, while discovering real opportunities in the green sector.
