VCS event on Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs)

Free event for voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise leaders on Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs).

Learn how the emerging Integrated Neighbourhood Teams in the South West of Tower Hamlets bring together health, care, council and community partners to provide better-joined-up health and well being support locally. Understand the projects, connect with key partners, share community priorities, and explore involvement opportunities. The current projects are around child weight management with children and families. This session is aimed at small, grassroots community groups. There is likely to be a small amount of funding to support collaborative work.

This event is organised by the Disparities Leaders project, a leadership programme which supports Global Majority leaders and their organisations to influence decision-makers.
