Join us for a gentle day of movement, mindfulness and connection in nature.

Together we'll explore the benefits of walking for wellbeing, experience forest bathing, enjoy a shared lunch and take part in a mindful nature-inspired creative activity.

Whether you're looking to relax, connect with others or simply enjoy some time outdoors, this session offers a welcoming opportunity to slow down, recharge and enjoy the natural environment.

10:00am – Arrival & Enrolment

10:30am – Forest Bathing

11:00am – Wellbeing Walk

12:00pm – Lunch

1:00pm – Mindful Nature Art

1:45pm – Closing Circle & Feedback

2:00pm – Finish
