Please remember:- The class runs on a Wednesday evening at 7PM for 45 minutes. - Participants need to be 32 weeks + pregnant to attend.- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get ready. - Funding is available for those on the caseloads of the Nairn community midwives, covering Nairn, Ardersier, and Tornagrain.
