The first 90 days - Volunteer Recruitment and Retention Training

Quite often we place a lot of emphasis on how we get potential volunteers to complete an application form and attend initial training and call this our recruitment process. But what happens when they are through the door - do they keep coming back?

This training will give those that support volunteers the opportunity to think about the first 90 days of a volunteer's journey - moving the conversation from "volunteer recruitment" to "volunteer recruitment and retention".

This is a face to face interactive training session with a chance for you to learn from each other and take away useful tips for implementation.
