Due to maintaining safe staffing ratio's, please see below
Live! is unable to provide 1:1 support for behaviour or medical needs.
This includes situations where a young person requires continuous supervision, behaviour management or specialist medical monitoring.
Personal care needs can be met.
Our trained staff are able to support with appropriate personal care tasks in line with our policies and safeguarding procedures.
To ensure safety and inclusion, we ask families to discuss any additional needs with us in advance so we can confirm whether the support required is within our staffing and training capacity.
