Creating truly inclusive workplaces starts with understanding—and that's exactly what our Disability Inclusion Training is designed for.

This interactive, online workshop is co-designed and delivered by experienced trainers with lived expertise, bringing both professional insight and firsthand knowledge to the conversation. It covers key topics including the Social Model of Disability, and looks beyond fulfilling legal obligations and gives frameworks for fostering truly inclusive policies, practices and work places.

What makes this training unique?

Led by experts with lived experience to ensure authentic learning

Engaging interactive discussions that allow for reflection and real application

A commitment to prioritising LEx voices, centring the experiences of those directly impacted

Whether you’re a leader, HR professional, or organisation committed to equity, this training will equip you with the tools to foster a truly inclusive environment.

What people have said about this training:

“The facilitator was knowledgeable, generous in their experiences and knowledge. I don’t actually think there was anything more that would have improved the sessions. We wanted the sessions to be led by people with lived experience and I knew Lex Scotland cared about getting it right for diverse audiences and participants, and had the experience to deliver.”

Lindsay Wake, Head of Impact & Communications

This training has a flexible pricing model, based on individual financial circumstances or organisational turnover. When you register, you will be asked to choose how much you want to pay. This is entirely up to you, but as a guide we suggest the following:

  • £35 discounted price - if you are paying yourself, and you don’t have much disposable income after you have paid for essentials OR if you are working with a small organisation that has a turnover of less than £100k per year
  • £70 full price - if you are paying yourself, and you have disposable income after paying for essentials OR if you are working with an organisation with a turnover of between £100k and £300k per year
  • £140 “Pay it Forward” price - if you can comfortably afford to pay this yourself, OR if you are working with a larger organisation with a turnover of more than £300k per year. The more “Pay it Forward” places that are paid for, the more places we are able to offer at reduced prices to individuals and organisations that may otherwise be unable to access training.
