Volunteer Portal Training

This practical training session, delivered by Wirral CVS, is designed to help Volunteer Managers feel more confident using the Volunteer Portal to manage and promote their volunteering opportunities.

The session will provide an overview of how the portal works, including how to create and manage volunteering opportunities, respond to volunteer enquiries and make the most of the platform.

Participants will have the opportunity to log in to their own organisation's portal account and work through the features with guidance and support from the WCVS Volunteering Team.

Please bring a laptop and ensure you have your Volunteer Portal login details available.
