Please arrive at Holborn House from 9.30am for a 10am start.
Location: Holborn House (Indoor sessions) & Local Green Spaces (Outdoor sessions)
Experience Level: Suitable for all abilities, including complete beginners.
What to Expect
Our day is thoughtfully balanced between indoor practice at Holborn House and gentle outdoor sessions in the fresh air of our nearby green spaces.
Practical Information
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that's appropriate for the weather on the day (layers to keep warm/cool, sun hat/cream) and flat, supportive shoes suitable for light walking and outdoor movement. Please bring a water bottle and packed lunch for yourself.
Accessibility: All movements are adaptable, and sessions will include plenty of time for sitting and resting.
