We think cargo bikes re very cool and have the potential to change the world! 

Are you curious to know more? Whether you're thinking about getting one, want to try riding one for the first time, or already use one and would like to meet others, drop by our free cargo bike get-together in Queen's Park.

Queen's Park (by Victoria Road gates)

Sunday 19th July

11am -1pm


You'll have the chance to:

- Try a range of different e-cargo bikes and other family cycling equipment

- Learn how to ride a cargo bike in a relaxed, supportive environment

- Chat to experienced cargo bike riders about the different models and what might suit your needs

- Find out about organisations across Glasgow where you can borrow or loan a cargo bike

- Help us understand what would make it easier for more Glasgow residents to try and buy cargo bikes


If you already own a cargo bike, we'd love you to bring it along, meet other riders, and help grow Glasgow's cargo bike community.


The event is organised by Women on Wheels in partnership with Glasgow Eco Trust and Cycling UK Scotland.
