Women on Wheels (SCIO) is a Glasgow based community cycling hub for women, girls and non-binary people. A service designed and led by women, we deliver a range of cycling activities to get women, girls and non-binary people back on a bike or onto a bike for the very first time.

Learning to ride a bike is a fun life skill to learn - and when better to start than as a tot? Join our friendly balance bike group and introduce your wee one to the fun of bikes! Join us for a day of mountain biking (MTB) at LifeCycle in Balfron. Suitable for women who have never been MTB or improvers but you must be able to ride a bike competently. The session will include coaching, chance to practice skills and a ride through the beautiful trails. Bikes &amp; helmets provided.&nbsp; 1-hour travel each way, 4 hours of MTB-ing and 30 mins for lunch. Transport is not included but we will set up a WhatsApp group the week before the session to organise lift shares so we can take as little cars as possible. ﻿Please wear clothes you are happy to get dirty and clothing suitable for the weather (Waterproofs, warm layers, gloves).
