Description

The benefits of chair-based exercise may include:

The sessions run during term times throughout the year at HCA's Millman Street Centre. On arrival, press the 'community centre' buzzer and wait for the door to open, then head to the end of the corridor and turn left down the ramp.


The sessions are provided by Camden Adult Community Learning.
