Description

After leaving the library, we'll head towards St Bede's Church before taking a quiet route through the streets and houses. Our path will pop out into the fields at the back of Jarrow C of E Primary School. Here we will walk west towards Campbell Park and down to Bede's Well, an ancient water source named after the famous Jarrow monk who reputedly discovered it. Our return route will be via West Park.
