The London Fields Neighbourhood Forum is bringing together local residents, community organisations, health services, and housing providers to help people reconnect with their community and access the support they need to improve their health and wellbeing.

This free community event is an opportunity to meet local organisations, learn about services available in your area, explore how digital tools can make everyday life easier, and share your experiences of accessing health, wellbeing, and community support.
