Does your board need more diversity to enhance decision-making and better reflect the community you serve? If so, this workshop is for you. Attracting new voices to your board is the first step towards better governance. This workshop will also explore the responsibility of charities to create a positive welcome for new trustees and a respectful environment where every trustee is valued and encouraged to shine. 

This session will be facilitated by Colette Harrison, Development Officer, Sector Support from Community Foundation Tyne & Wear and Northumberland as part of their Sector Support programme.
