Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) aim to reduce flooding, improve water quality, and enhance local biodiversity. Raingardens are a common type of SuDS scheme.

Hounslow Council, and Thames Water are installing 11 raingardens on Brabazon Road, Burns Way and Shelley Crescent in October. Come along to learn about these raingardens and the benefits of SuDS in general.

Construction of these raingardens will start in early September and last approximately 6 weeks.
