In partnership with Live Cheshire due to the cost of living crisis, people are now looking for new ways to save money. This course will give you the skills and knowledge on how to create budgets and cook healthy nutritional meals at a lower cost.

This course will provide information about how to live healthier and have a nutritious lifestyle:

• Feeding your family on a budget
• Cooking and menu planning
• Understanding weights, measures, and fractions
• Information about cooking temperatures and times
• Fridge and freezer temperatures
• Healthy food and proportions of calories, fats, and sugars
• Learn how to cook healthy. low-cost recipes during the sessions
