The session will combine intuitive painting with simple wellbeing practices, creating a relaxed, welcoming and non-judgemental space for creativity, self-expression and relaxation.
The main activity will be intuitive painting, where participants are free to choose their own colours, shapes and forms and paint whatever they feel drawn to. There are no rules, expectations or artistic skills required — the focus is on enjoying the creative process rather than producing a perfect picture.
Painting will be gently interwoven with short breathing exercises, laughter yoga and relaxation with Tibetan singing bowls. ( tibetan singing bowls are optional)..These will provide natural pauses during the creative process and encourage participants to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and improve their sense of wellbeing.
The breathing exercises will introduce simple techniques such as gentle diaphragmatic breathing and breathing through the nose, helping participants become more aware of their breathing and learn practices they can also use in everyday life.
The sessions are designed for people who would like to relax, improve their mood, explore creativity, try something new and spend time with others in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.
No previous artistic experience is needed. The aim is to bring creativity, breathing, laughter and sound together in an enjoyable experience that supports relaxation, self-expression and wellbeing.
