A wellbeing session for self-discovery, confidence & understanding

Join us for a calm, supportive session designed to help you better understand yourself, how your mind works, and what makes you you.

This is a relaxed, non-judgemental space where you can explore your identity, strengths, and experiences at your own pace — no pressure, no expectations, just space to be yourself.

✨ What to expect

  • A simple, easy-to-understand introduction to neurodiversity
  • “Who Am I?” self-discovery activities
  • Strength-spotting and confidence-building exercises
  • Gentle wellbeing practices such as grounding and breathing
  • Group discussions (join in as much or as little as you like)

Everything is designed to be interactive, supportive, and accessible — no clinical language, no overwhelm.
