Parenting can be rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming, especially when you’re juggling worries, challenges and everyday family life. The MYOTAS Family Support Team is here to offer a friendly, welcoming space where parents and carers can drop in, have a chat and feel supported.

Our Parent Support Drop-In Group is a relaxed, informal opportunity to meet other parents, share experiences, ask questions and access support from our Family Support Team — with no pressure and no judgement.

Whether you’re looking for advice, reassurance, a listening ear, or simply a chance to connect with people who understand, come along and see how we can support you and your family.

Everyone is welcome, and you don’t have to face things alone.

All parents/carers/grandparents welcome, from anywhere in Essex, whether your child is at school or home ed. No diagnosis is required. Complementary tea/coffee/cold drink. We ask that you please do not bring children along with you, as conversations are often of a sensitive nature, we wish to keep people's challenges confidential and we want people to feel comfortable enough to open up. Thank you.

Free parking in the area. Within walking distance of Basildon town centre and also on the 25 and B3 Bus routes.
