Join silversmith and visual artist Kate Hunter-Parker and be a part of the South Tyneside Winter Parade this December.&nbsp;In October Kate will also be running some art workshops at our Family Hubs where you will learn how to create small owl puppets, owl lanterns and parade costumes using recycled materials.&nbsp;Join us from Monday 20 October to Monday 3 November. You can book your place by calling the hosting Family Hub.
