Inner Sunshine CIC and Shine Mentorship are run by the same passionate team, sharing the same values and vision — supporting people to grow in confidence, improve wellbeing, and access positive opportunities within the community.

🌞 Inner Sunshine CIC focuses on wellbeing, creativity, connection, and community-based activities. We provide supportive and inclusive sessions designed to help people feel calmer, happier, and more connected to themselves and others. Our activities include mindfulness, breathwork, movement, family yoga, nature-based wellbeing, creative workshops, women’s circles, drumming, sound baths, mentoring, and community wellbeing events. We work with children, young people, adults, families, and community groups in safe and welcoming spaces.

🌟 Shine Mentorship provides personalised one-to-one and small-group mentoring support. We help individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, and move forward into education, training, volunteering, employment, and positive life pathways. Our mentoring is wellbeing-led and person-centred, with a strong focus on emotional wellbeing, neurodiversity and SEND support, life skills, confidence building, progression planning, and real-life experiences within the community.
